Spa Policies

• Please allow at least 5-6 hours for your pet's stay at the spa.
• Express grooming can be booked in advance. 2-3 hour minimum with $25.00 extra fee.
• A minimum $10.00+ handling fee will be applied for pets with behavioral issues.
• We recommend a bath/groom every 4 to 6 weeks.
• Ask about our 2 week maintenance program for the pampered pooch.
• Shed-Less is included in breed quote.
• Gift Certificates Available.
• Gratuity can NOT be added to credit cards.
